    The heaviest I ever got to was 13.10, I'd always been on a the chubby side but I'd never got to that size, I was a size 16, even that became tight! I'd gone through a break up and I'd lost all my confidence, I lost touch with some friends and one Saturday night I found myself sat in alone eating crap, it dawned on me I was just comfort eating my way through my break up! As I sat feeling sorry for myself, stuck in this lonely rut, I realised I had to do something so I just got up, threw my gym stuff together and went to the gym at 8.30pm. I got there, not really knowing what to do, too scared to go anywhere but a treadmill and cross trainer! I stuck at this for a few weeks but I just didn't feel the benefit, plus in all honestly I didn't know what to do! So then i spent a few days plucking up the courage to contact Danny Arnold, after writing the message then deleting it many times, thinking to myself "look at him, his body is amazing, but he'll just look at at me and laugh to himself and not know what to do with me" I finally messaged him. Danny was really helpful and he arranged to meet with me to give me a consultation and to discuss my goals. As I arrived to meet with Danny, I was a bag of nerves, totally out of my comfort zone, worried that everybody at the gym would be looking at me, laughing and judging. But Danny was so nice and understanding, he just put me at ease from the start! It was clear from the beginning that Danny was passionate about his job, he was extremely knowledgeable and I believed from that first day I would get to where I wanted to be with his support! Danny gave me a diet plan, he told me what foods to eat, how much, how often, I went away feeling determined and that I was climbing out of the rut i was in! I knew it wouldn't be an over night fix, Danny told me I had to put in the time and effort and I took all of his advice and I followed it! It's been nearly 12 months now, I weigh 10.10 I've got from a size 16+ to a 12, my confidence is through the roof, I'm so much happier within myself, everyone comments on the difference, tell me I look better! I know I put in the hard work and effort but I swear by it, I wouldn't have done it with out Danny because he pushed me when I didn't want to be pushed, he gave me the motivation when I needed it and helped me to believe it was achievable. I'm not yet at where I want to be, as I've previously mentioned there is no overnight fix, if you want to achieve some of the things I have then you need the right support, guidance and I highly recommend Danny Arnold, he eat, sleeps and breathes this, it's his life and his passion, what better PT than a person who gets just as excited as you do when you drop a dress size, hit your PB!? Who also spends hours researching new ideas to tailor fit your fitness package to you!

    'after all my pointless efforts and then in 8 weeks i got ripped!'
    For months i'd been going to the gym endlessly walking round in circles doing things that i saw 'experienced users' doing or at least they looked it. but nothing seemed to work for me and my strength never improved. as danny stated, i was just doing movements with weights, not training intense enough to push boundaries. Danny seemed to understand my bodies limites better than i did. many times i said i dont think i can go heavier and he always overruled me and rightly so! my hack squat went from my attempts at 55kg with 'half reps' to 110kg 'full ass touching the floor reps' as my deadlift went from 30kg a side to 75kg a side. my bodyfat went from 12.6% to 7.03% just in time for summer too! after all my pointless efforts and then in 8 weeks i got ripped!
